This is a thank you letter for the care and compassion you have shown to me over the past several months.  When I first met with you, i had been suffering for approximately seven months with painful lower back pain which no one had been able to provide relief.  Almost immediately you diagnosed the problem, started me on an aggressive treatment schedule, physical therapy, and exercise program.  Within a couple of weeks I started feeling relief from the continual pain.  You took the time to explain in great detail what "we" were dealing with, and what you believed would correct my problem.  You then worked with the therapist and devised exercises and the result is I know longer have pain. 

I have also thrown in some other little pains that i've just gotten used to living with and your correcting these as well.  I don't know who gets more excited-you or me!  You told me "this is why I love what I do!"  Youv'e got some pretty innovative approaches that we joke about, but they work!  Thank you for loving what you do because your patients benefit greatly from that emotion.

A year an a half ago, I was involved in a car accident in which my back was badly injured.  The pain I suffered affected every aspect of my life including work and school.  I received physical therapy over the course of a year, and was examined by an orthopedic surgeon, yet none were successful in healing my injury.  Just as I was about to give up one of my professors at school recommended her chiropractor as someone who I might be able to help me.  When I met with Dr. Chris, he happily agreed to take on my case and promised i would get better.  Needless to say I was quite skeptical all I had received were empty promises to this point. He kept his promise and in four months Dr. Chris managed to cure my injury and grant me the pain free life I once had.  He always clarified every aspect of the treatment and showed true concern for me.  As a result of my experience with Dr. Chris, I have become an advocate of chiropractic medicine and plan on recommending him to many others.  I am grateful for his help and will always remember how he changed my life.  Thank you so much!!

I became a patient of Dr. Chris Alvarez in January of 2008 after seeing the chiropractic treatments he was giving my son Garrett who is a gymnast and has been treated for his sports injuires and sinus infections.  I also had allergies that would become sinus infections and was taking allergy medications and antibiotics to deal with the symptoms.  Dr. Chris was able to clear and open up my sinuses through chiropractic treatments.  This treatment has really improved my health and quality of life.  I have not had a sinus infection since he has performed these treatments and my allergies are minimal, I no longer take prescription or over the counter medications for allergies, my ability to breathe has improved and I no longer snore like I use too before being treated by Dr. Chris. 

He has also preformed chiropractic treatments on my back which has improved my posture and flexibility.  Every member of my family has been to Complete Performance Center for Chiropractic treatments, Physical Therapy or Massage therapy.  The entire staff is always helpful, friendly and available when you need them.

I first consulted with Dr. Alvarez five weeks ago for constant, severe shoulder pain.  My right arm was basically useless and the pain increased greatly at night, leading to interrupted sleep.  Within three weeks of chiropractic treatment, my pain level had decreased 70% and is continuing to improve!! Dr. Chris has worked a major miracle for me. 

I knew I was in good hands form the first treatment, his plan and my progress has been exactly as he predicted.  I am so grateful to Dr. Chris and his great gifts of healing and caring which have given me back my quality of life.  I would highly recommend Dr. Chris to everyone I know.

You are the best!  I had just about given up on chiropractic care.  I had been treated by 2 other chiropractors with only limited success.  I was facing a major decision...continue to have pain in my neck and shoulder or consider potential surgery.  Then my wife had such good success with her problems that she recommended that I give you a try.  You worked with me for three months building flexibility and strength and now the pain is gone.   I no longer consider surgery an option... because I'm cured!

You even helped me in some areas that I didn't associate with chiropractic care.  When i was in the middle of the treatment i severely sprained my ankle.  I was much surprised when you said you could help and had me back to normal in less than a week.  Later when i had a chest cold, and you helped open air passages and taught me how to improve my battle with colds and coughing.  Thanks again...you are the best!

Dear Dr. Chris

Thank you for healing the inflammation in my Achille's tendon.  I came to your office as a last resort looking for a miracle and you provided that miracle ( I should have come to you first)   I injured my tendon three years ago and I had surgery to repair the frayed tendon two years ago.  Since the surgery two years ago I have had in the inflammation and i have not been able to walk without pain.  My two previous orthopedic surgeons were not able to diagnose my condition and one actually said "I cant help you!"

My daughter's supervisor had been to your office previously and my daughter informed me her former supervisor's injury was completely healed you you bio-mechanical medical approach using tape, exercise, and various therapy treatments.  I was apprehensive at best when I entered your office three months ago.  My respect for you and your medical approach increased astronomically after the 3rd visit where you taped up the top of my foot bot vertically and horizontally for the weekend.  I had an inflammation "bulge" on the inside of my heel measuring 40 millimeters in width by 8 millimeters in height.  The following Monday morning I was shocked to see the "bulge" was "gone!"  From that point on I was a "believer" in you application of bio-mechanics and the body.  Subsequent visits resulted in the elimination of my inflammation, pain, and increased strength and balance in my formerly injured foot. 

My wife is especially happy to have me walking with her and our grandchildren once more.  Thank you again for eliminating my pain and healing me without the need for injections or surgery.

A few weeks ago I saw Dr. Chris Alvarez for my left shoulder which was almost "frozen." I had limited range of motion and that which I did have was stiff, weak, and painful.  In just a few weeks Dr. Alvarez has restored my shoulder to full range of motion and it is now pain-free.  I had been dealing with this issue on and off for many months and I had seen other practitioners, physical therapists but didn't get the results I was hoping for until I saw Dr. Alvarez.
