This is a thank you letter for the care and compassion you have shown to me over the past several months.  When I first met with you, i had been suffering for approximately seven months with painful lower back pain which no one had been able to provide relief.  Almost immediately you diagnosed the problem, started me on an aggressive treatment schedule, physical therapy, and exercise program.  Within a couple of weeks I started feeling relief from the continual pain.  You took the time to explain in great detail what "we" were dealing with, and what you believed would correct my problem.  You then worked with the therapist and devised exercises and the result is I know longer have pain.
