Dr. Christian Alvarez
Many of Dr. Chris Alvarez’s patients will describe him as enthusiastic, passionate, honest and professional. As the founder and Executive Performance Specialist at Complete Performance Center (‘CPC’) in Thousand Oaks, California, Dr. Chris has been dedicated to improving the quality of life for all athletes and patients for over fifteen years.
Dr. Chris has trained with industry leading doctors and has spent a large portion of his career working with both amateur and professional athletes. It was during his time on the professional athletic circuit that Dr. Chris developed a passion for training and treating younger athletes and thus founded CPC to help train and treat top high school athletes in Ventura County. Using his expertise and knowledge of body structure, joint motion and body function, Dr. Chris understands the importance of proper training, alignment and muscle development in younger athletes as well as active adults.
Additionally, Dr. Chris believes in the importance of living a healthy lifestyle. This belief was so strong that Dr. Chris expanded CPC to include services that his patients could use in their personal pursuits of living a healthy lifestyle like weight management, allergy elimination, nutrition counseling and massage therapy.
Dr. Chris takes pride in always updating and furthering his education to provide the best and most knowledgeable services for his patients. In his free time, he enjoys playing volleyball, basketball, hiking with his wife and hanging out with their two dogs.
